Free Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote and Publisher.

Available for personal devices running Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS (iPads and iPhones).

Access to the applications is available for the duration of your work or studies at the City of Norwich School - An Ormiston Acadmey.

How to download

To download Office Applications from Office 365:

  1. Log into portal.office.com with your school email address (eg; joe.blogs@cns-school.org)
  2. Click on the Install Office button in the top right hand corner and select Office 365 apps*
  3. The installer for your operating system will be automatically downloaded or you will be directed to the relevant app store
  4. Click on the installer and follow the on-screen instructions

*To download an alternate version, click on 'Other installation options'.
